operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while also keeping our projects running smoothly by sourcing and ordering the materials our site teams need.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile supplier invoices and delivery notes accurately
Match invoices to purchase orders and job numbers
Maintain up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and stock
Order plumbing and heating materials for multiple new-build sites
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices
Track orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to site
Liaise with site managers and the accounts team to resolve any discrepancies
Assist with general office administration as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in an
account's, invoicing, or purchasing
role preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing and heating materials (or similar trade background) is an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Confident communicator on emails and phone calls.
Competent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
