Your opportunity


We're currently looking for a Material Controller at our Holbrook Gosport and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. You will be working on d ays only on a 6 am-6pm 7 Days continental . This is a great opportunity to cement yourself as an integral part of the warehouse.





What you'll be doing

Unloading deliveries

of reels and other materials with care and efficiency.

Booking in stock

accurately into our inventory system to ensure full traceability.

Providing stock to production

in a timely manner to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Maintaining 100% accuracy

in all transactions and records to uphold our quality and compliance standards.

Collaborating with production and

logistics

teams

to ensure materials are available when needed.

Following all safety and handling procedures

to protect yourself, your colleagues, and our products. What you'll bring to the role

Valid MHE Licenses

- Reach Truck, Counterbalance Forklift, and Ride-On Powered Pallet Truck. Experience with all three is preferred, but MHE experience is essential.

Strong Time Management Skills

- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Literacy

- Comfortable using inventory systems and basic software for booking in and stock control.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

- Confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Exceptional Attention to Detail

- Critical for accurately picking, packing, and preparing loads to meet shipment specifications and maintain traceability.

Commitment to Health & Safety

- A solid understanding of safety procedures and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment, especially when operating machinery.

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Familiarity with digital inventory systems for tracking stock, processing orders, and updating shipment records.
