Summary

As a Home Manager at Wright Care at Home, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care services. Your leadership will ensure that our customers receive the support they need to maintain their independence and dignity while living in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of home care services. Develop and implement personalised care plans for customers. Lead and support a dedicated team of care workers to ensure high standards of care. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. oversee health-related tasks as required. Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in senior care. Foster strong relationships with customers and their families to promote satisfaction and trust. Work closely with the management team to ensure growth is achieved for the business and quality is delivered as per ethos. Ensure audits are completed in a timely manner as per company processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a care management role within the home care sector or similar environment. The sucessful candidate will need to have a CQC registration. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of care planning, medication administration, and senior care best practices. Experience in dementia care is beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, families, and staff.
