Overview


We are looking for maths instructors to be part of the educational excellence in our maths only learning centre. Instructors are the most important part of our team and will be expected to help develop a thriving learning environment by delivering outstanding instruction to students using our world leading teaching methodology.

You will be working in a fun fast paced environment and will need to be a strong team player. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals who possess natural communication skills and love teaching children. We love maths and love helping students to master it.

During your induction you will be trained using our world class program which will teach you how to deliver our industry leading teaching methodology. We are committed to continually developing our team and internally promoting those members that show great promise and drive.

Responsibilities



Deliver Mathnasium methodology with confidence and passion and understanding. Ensure that students are motivated and progressing towards mastery of the curriculum they have been set Balance instructional responsibilities with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth-running centre Execute superior customer service. Positively manage behaviour and resolve student progress issues independently where possible and escalating those issues that require the attention the line manager Provide exceptional customer service by professionally articulating students' progress and needs to ensure parents and students feel supported and valued Professionally interact with students and parents. Communicate student progress to line manager

Skills



Exceptional maths skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for working with young people Exceptional customer service focus. Strong organisational skills Ambitious, resilient, empathetic and an energy and passion for working with students. Ability to professionally interact with students and parents. A fun and confident personality. Eligible to work in the UK.
