About the Role:
As a Maths Academic Mentor, you'll work in a secondary school supporting students aged 11-16, helping them build confidence and improve attainment in core Maths skills. You'll deliver tailored support to small groups and individuals, helping students unlock their potential -- particularly those at risk of falling behind.
This is a distinctive opportunity to step into a leadership-style position within a school, with clear structure, responsibility, and autonomy. Progression:

Hold (or are on track for) a 2:1 or First in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics or related degree from a top-tier university
Are academically strong, analytically minded, and highly motivated
