About the Role:

As an Academic Mentor, you'll work in a secondary school supporting students aged 11-16, helping them to build confidence and improve their performance in Maths. You'll work with small groups or one-to-one, supporting pupils who need that extra boost to reach their potential.

This is a fantastic paid opportunity to develop teaching and leadership skills, get classroom experience, and find out whether a career in education is right for you.

Who We're Looking For:

A degree (2:2 or above) in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Economics) A strong academic background and passion for your subject A desire to support and inspire young people No prior teaching experience required - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
