Join Mathnasium as a Maths Instructor

Mathnasium is a global company with 1,100 maths-only learning centres worldwide, which offers maths help and enrichment to students through our unique combination of mental, oral, visual, tactile and written techniques. We teach maths to children for understanding, in a way that makes sense to them! Most importantly we make maths fun and grow children's confidence.

We are looking for additional instructors at our centre in Milton Keynes.

Please note - This is not a summer holiday position. We require availability during term-time too.

The Role

Instructors are the most important part of our team. As an instructor, you will deliver exceptional tuition to our students using the Mathnasium Method, and help develop a thriving learning environment.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who love teaching children. Our instructors are enthusiastic, bright, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We love maths and want our instructors to share this passion.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Mathnasium curriculum with enthusiasm Ensure that students are motivated and progressing towards mastery of the curriculum they have been set Be a part of the team, eventually coaching and training new colleagues Provide exceptional customer service by professionally communicating with parents detailing a student's progress Work closely with your line manager to ensure a smooth running centre

Instruction hours are Monday to Thursday 15:30 - 19:30 Saturday's 10:00 - 14:00

GCSE maths at an 8 or 9 or equivalent (required)
