Alpha has achieved great success in the Oxfordshire area and is now expanding to Bristol, where we're looking to hire outstanding tutors to join our team.

Summary

We are seeking passionate Tutors to join our team at Alpha Tutoring. In this role, you will work closely with students to provide tailored educational support that enhances their learning experience. Your contributions will be vital in helping students achieve their academic goals and develop a love for learning.

Responsibilities

Assess individual student needs and develop customized lesson plans. Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions that cater to different learning styles. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Provide support in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the material. Encourage student confidence and independence in their learning process. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Experience in special education is a plus but not required. A passion for education and helping students succeed.
