Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mattress Clipper to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that mattresses are securely clipped and prepared for packaging. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT APPLY IF ON STUDENT VISA.

Responsibilities

Clip mattress components together using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure quality and durability. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Assist in other production-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
