Raskelf Group, a leading manufacturer of quality products for the leisure industry are looking for a dedicated Tape Edger to join our team at our Heckmondwike site.

With a recent multi-million-pound investment in our Heckmondwike facility, we are significantly increasing our manufacturing output and looking for skilled individuals to support our continued growth.

The Role

As a Tape Edger you will be responsible for achieving daily production targets and meeting company standards for quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Hitting production targets for number of mattresses processed each day through the tape edging machine Ensuing company standards for quality are met with each mattress processed through the machine To perform basic machine set up and repairs such as replacing needles and threads, thread tensioning, table high adjustment and sewing head operating angle Keeping equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who is committed to a high standard of work. You must have:

At least 1 years' experience in a tape edging role. Team player willing to step into other departments dependent on business need.

What we offer:

Full time - 38.5 hours per week, with 1 pm finish on a Friday!

Up to 20.00 per hour
