As M&A&D Data Disposition Deal Lead, you will play a key delivery role and will be a member of client's Global Products & Technology Business Unit (GP&T). The role reports directly to the Director of MA&D Data Management.

Global Products & Technology (GP&T) provides infrastructure services (including servers & storage, Cloud services, Networking, End User services, Identity & Access Management and Help Desk) and Global Applications (SAP, Ariba, WorkDay) to support all client sites globally. 100k+ users, across 300+ sites.
Key responsibilities:
Leads the specific deal data team to deliver all parts of an MA&D deal including Scoping and Estimation, Discovery, Categorization and Treatment, Execute, and Closure.
Ensure cohesive coverage of unstructured, structured, and physical records - both held by the target entity and third-party suppliers
Drafts the data disposition principles for the specific MA&D deal
Leads development of the M&A deal data disposition plan and its delivery
Works with the appropriate functions to brief and mobilise functional data leads
Works across functions to scope, identify, categorise and treat data
Works with technical migration teams to create and deliver migration plans for each data type in scope data type/
Leads the development of functional and end-user communications and guidance to support execution of the data disposition plan
Provides weekly reporting to management and the IMO/SMO governance structure
Identifies risks and issues, and manages and escalates accordingly
Actively manages project controls, raising change controls where necessary
Works with budget holders to ensure delivery to budget
Qualifications
Strong understanding of data disposition processes and methodologies
Proficiency in Workday and related data management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Experience in project management and data governance
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: 450.00-550.00 per day
