Job Description

We are an Mechanical and Electrical contractor based in Stapleford, Essex. Our work covers both London and the South East. We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager due to rapid growth within the company. The role will involve managing several projects at one time. Project values vary from 50K - 5 Million.

Duties will include:

Managing the project from conception to completion. Managing engineers in accordance with the programme Manage site operatives. Ensuring the project is cost effective in conjunction with budget plans. Ensuring testing and commissioning is carried out in accordance with the programme. Attending client meetings when necessary Be in charge of the design verification, all technical submittals, risk assessments, method statements and procurement for the mechanical packages.
Requirements:

Strong Management experience Excellent client liaison and customer service At least 5 years experience within the same sector.
Job Type: Full-time, In person at the Head Office (RM4) and be able to travel to Projects sites (in London and South East).
