Home by Simon Rogan was born during the first lockdown in 2020 to provide meals for those in need during the pandemic. It was such a success it has since evolved into its own entity serving 150 Home meal boxes a week. The HbSR team oversee the full logistical planning and delivery of the meal boxes as well as our wider E-Commerce and events operations.



We are currently recruiting for an

Meal Kit Operations Assistant

to join our team

up to

45 hours

per week,

Monday - Friday

. We are happy to accommodate flexible working patterns.



This is a hands-on role that blends physical warehouse work with key administrative tasks to support our fast-paced, quality-led food and retail operation.



As part of the Home by Simon Rogan team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every at-home meal box is perfectly packed and accurately labeled, meeting the same standards as our michelin starred restaurants. Working closely with our production kitchen, you'll oversee the packing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.



We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in busy retail/e-commerce operations with fantastic customer service skills in person and via written communication mediums and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.
