We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembling components using both hand and power tools. The Mechanical Assembler will work in a warehouse environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals efficiently.

Duties

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and drawings. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Report any issues or discrepancies in assembly to the supervisor promptly. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly work. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
