BSE Projects Ltd are a mechanical engineering company delivering HVAC and mechanical solutions to clients across North Wales and the North West of England. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced contracts manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle (ranging from pre-construction stage through to final completion & handover)
Working closely with in-house staff, while overseeing costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.
Reviewing contract documents and producing proposals, technical submittals, RFI's and developing CAD drawings
Liaise and communicate with estimating, commercial & contract teams
Attending progress meetings, design team meetings and client meetings whilst acting as a company representative
Maintaining project variations and trackers
Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to
Manage site staff and sub-contractors
Financial responsibility for projects
Requirements
Experience in project management and mechanical engineering
Good level of IT skills
Excellent communication and client facing skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable
Relevant mechanical / building services qualifications
SSSTS certificate

Location: Head Office is in Penrhyndeudraeth (LL48) but work would be based all over North Wales and North West of England on occasion.
Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience)
