If you're an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking for more flexibility, better rewards, and a steady pipeline of interesting work -- this could be the one.

The role

You'll be pricing up mechanical services projects (mainly HVAC and pipework), from first look at the drawings through to handing over a winning bid. That means managing the full estimation process - reviewing specs, issuing subby and supplier enquiries, measuring up, building cost models, and helping the team submit competitive, compliant tenders.


Expect a good mix of office, home, and site time, with visits across London. You'll be supported by a solid contracts team and report into the Director for sign-off.

Must-haves

Solid background in mechanical building services estimating Strong technical knowledge - especially HVAC systems and pipework Ability to read drawings, produce cost reports, and juggle multiple tenders Confident communicator - you'll be working with clients, subbies and suppliers Full UK driving licence (site visits required)

Nice-to-haves

Experience with estimation software (or willingness to get stuck in and help shape it) Value engineering experience Comfortable attending interviews (mid or post-tender) to talk through proposals

What's on offer

There's a base salary of 60,000, plus a car allowance, and an annual bonus of around 10,000.
