Job Description
Working place: at Site, Central region, Vietnam
Duration: 12 - 24 months
Key Tasks
Review and evaluate design documents and technical specifications. Supervise installation and acceptance of turbine, boiler, and auxiliary systems. Oversee equipment installation in Balance of Plant (BOP) area. Monitor manufacturing and assembly of generator units 1 & 2 before commissioning. Confirm completed installation and acceptance volumes. Review and verify as-built drawings and QA/QC documentation. Inspect generators during fabrication and erection prior to testing. Review test procedures and supervise pre-commissioning activities. Supervise testing and operation of turbine and boiler systems. Oversee testing of BOP systems and verify interlock logic. Evaluate test data, equipment response, and compliance with contract specs. Supervise trial operation, staff training, and technology handover to Owner. Other mechanical activities required by site manager
Requirements:
- Participated and completed at least 1 EPC contract for a coal-fired thermal power plant project (SC or USC boiler) as at role of a design verification
- Having implemented EPC contract for coal power plant project at role of lead supervision consultant / site manager / supervision consultant
