Job Description
Apex Hydraulics provides a comprehensive service for the design, manufacture, supply and repair of a wide range of hydraulic equipment which includes cylinders, power packs, pumps, motors, valves.
For over 30 years Apex Hydraulics have been producing specialised, high end, bespoke and low quantity projects for the fluid power industry.
With the benefit of a large and well-equipped hydraulics workshop, Apex offers a complete in-house maintenance, repair, and machining service for all hydraulic equipment.
We are seeking a Mechanical Hydraulic Fitter to work within our modern work shop facility in Dewsbury. The applicant should be familiar with hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps and motors. Building new items from printed designs as well as repairing and reworking units in for refurbishment. The scope of work is varied and requires a good knowledge of hydraulics but on the job training will be given where required.
Able to self manage, work to schedules and willing to work overtime when required.
The job is for a full time post but part time will be considered for the right candidate.
39 hours per week full time
Monday - Thursday 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday 07:30 to 15:00
