MECHANICAL FITTER - SUB ASSEMBLY

JOB PURPOSE:

Working as part of a team to build mechanical systems and equipment from detailed engineering drawings.

Reporting to Manufacturing Manager

WORKING HOURS:

40 Hours per Week Mon to Thurs - 07:45 to 17:00 Fri - 07:30 to 12:30
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assembly of mechanical systems and equipment following engineering drawings Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative To adhere to the company policies and procedures To ensure quality standards are met
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Hands-on experience of mechanical equipment assembly or machine building Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Ability to complete mechanical inspection Demonstrate a good working knowledge of using various hand tools Have sound knowledge of manufacturing processes

Self-motivated and able to use initiative in prioritising tasks Keen to accept responsibility and accountability Professional manner, able to represent the company to a high standard Good communication skills Self-driven for progressive and continued learning and development Basic tool kit required, supplemented by company tool allowance scheme

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
