Job Description
A Leading Award winning Mechanical and Electrical Contracting Company is looking to hire a Mechanical Site Manager in Birmingham. This is a permanent staff role however there is an option for Self employed applicants also with the relevant experience.
Whats required. At least 5 years as a site manager or site supervisor on a largescale project.
You will oversee the,maintenance . commissioning and installation of mechanical building services on the project . You Will Ensure all Permits are in order and in place.
Conduct tests and inspections to identify any mechanical issues. Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team. Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc. you will be responsible for coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour and oversee and manage labour and subcontractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
