The Role

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step towards project management--we'll provide the training and support to help you grow.

What You'll Do

Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities. Coordinate site teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor progress and quality against project plans. Maintain accurate site records and reports. Liaise with clients and project managers to resolve issues promptly. Develop leadership and planning skills to transition into project management.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ambition to progress into project management.

Desirable Skills

Experience in commercial or industrial environments. Additional certifications (e.g., PASMA, IPAF). Familiarity with HVAC, pipework, and plant installations).
