Who We're Looking For



You'll take the

reins

of our paid media -- getting hands-on with our ad accounts and leading creative strategy. This role blends creative thinking with performance execution. You'll own the ad testing process end to end -- from concept and strategy to launch and optimisation -- using data to guide decisions and drive measurable results.

Objectives



Work directly with the founder to scale paid media efforts to seven figures in monthly revenue -- profitably and sustainably. Refine creative and media processes to build a repeatable, data-driven growth system. Help shape and grow the marketing team, with the opportunity to lead as we scale further.

What You'll Do



Lead the creative testing roadmap, turning data and insights into high-performing ad concepts. Manage campaigns directly in-platform -- from setup to optimisation -- ensuring strategy is executed as intended. Identify major audience and growth opportunities and act quickly through smart media strategy. Define strong hooks, angles, and messaging for each campaign. Collaborate with the CRO team to design and refine conversion funnels that maximize ROI. Continuously analyze performance data and iterate on creative and targeting for ongoing improvement.

Requirements



3-5 years in DTC paid social, managing 1M+ monthly ad spend hands-on (Meta & TikTok). Full-funnel performance marketer with deep experience in direct response, creative strategy, and conversion optimisation. Data-driven, comfortable diving into analytics and spreadsheets to uncover insights and opportunities. Fast mover who thrives in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. Ownership mindset, committed to excellence and delivering results end to end. Systems thinker -- organized and able to build scalable processes that sustain growth. Strong communicator, able to turn insights into clear plans and direction.
