We are seeking a highly skilled and ministry-minded Media & Digital Content Lead to join our growing church team. This individual will oversee all media operations, visual branding, and digital communication channels of the church. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, cultural awareness, and a passion for advancing the Gospel through media within a vibrant, multicultural Christian environment.

Key Responsibilities
Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos, promotional adverts, highlight clips, and creative visual content.
Create high-quality graphic designs including flyers, social media posts, posters, and video announcements.
Operate, handle, and maintain cameras, lighting, sound, livestream, and broadcasting equipment.
Manage the church's and Pastor's YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Record sermons and events, edit and upload content promptly, and create impactful clips and reels from messages.
Able to relate with the needs and challenges of people from the black community, and understand the West African culture.
Convert sermons and teachings into voice-over content, creative storytelling formats, and digital devotionals.
Use church media and broadcast software, particularly ProPresenter, OBS, and similar tools.
Train and mentor young people and volunteers in media production.
Oversee setup and pack-down of all media equipment for every service and event.
Essential Requirements (Dealbreakers)
Proven experience in cinematography, videography, and professional camera operation.
Strong proficiency in video editing, audio editing, mixing, and voice-over production.
Demonstrated success in building and growing social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Prior ministry experience--must have served in a media role in a Pentecostal / Charismatic church context.
Must be able to understand, relate to, and connect with the Black community, including cultural communication, sensitivity, and expression.
Must speak at least one Nigerian language (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, etc.).
Strong familiarity with Afrobeats, contemporary Gospel, Highlife, and other West African / Black Diaspora music genres.
Must be available in person during services, rehearsals, meetings, and special events.
Desirable Skills
Creative storytelling ability and strong visual sense.
Knowledge of live streaming and broadcast workflows.
Ability to work in fast-paced ministry environments.
Passion for using media excellence to advance the Kingdom of God.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
