We're on the hunt for a
Media & Planning Insights Executive
--someone with an analytical mind, a love of data, and a knack for turning numbers into narratives that drive action. You'll support the planning and reporting of high-impact retail media campaigns, bringing clarity to performance and helping stakeholders make smarter decisions.

What You'll Do
Analyse campaign performance to extract insights and improve future planning
Build accurate, engaging reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
Translate data into simple, impactful stories for clients and internal teams
Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial, and Ops teams to support joined-up planning and reporting
Stay informed on media trends and competitive activity in the retail media space
What You'll Bring
Attitude & Approach (Essential)
Logical thinker with strong attention to detail
Curious and proactive problem-solver
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisation and time management
Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
Able to translate data into clear, engaging stories and recommendations
Commercially minded and aware of business context behind the data
Knowledge (Desirable, but not essential - we'll train you up):
Familiarity with retail, media or marketing industries
Understanding of media metrics (e.g. CTR, reach) or sales data (e.g. EPOS, Kantar)
Awareness of consumer trends and retail media measurement approaches
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint and Word
Experience with large datasets or reporting tools a plus
Bonus points for experience with Power BI, Tableau or Pyramid Analytics
Education:
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (numeracy and written skills essential)
A Levels or equivalent including at least one numerate subject
