Cene Media Ltd is seeking a

Media Sales - Business Development Executive

with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, the arts, music, and culture.

This role suits a motivated, ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and representing our innovative media platforms across Kent and beyond. (A full UK driving licence is required.)

Key Responsibilities



Take ownership of a defined Kent audience, achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets. Proactively develop new business opportunities via phone, email, LinkedIn, in person, and through industry networking. Manage and grow existing client relationships, upselling across print, digital, and event opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using our CRM system. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions (countywide travel required). Work closely with marketing, editorial, and event teams to deliver integrated, creative solutions for clients. Track performance, prepare reports, and provide insight on market trends and competitor activity.

What You'll Need



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
