We're now looking for a confident and enthusiastic
Sales & Business Development Executive
to help us grow both by supporting our loyal B2C customers and building new B2B partnerships.
The Role
This is a dual role:
Inbound B2C Sales
: Helping customers find the perfect product through phone, email, web enquiries, and showroom visits.
B2B Business Development
: Building long-term relationships with manufacturers, dealerships, converters, and holiday parks.
You'll be key to helping customers and partners understand what makes Jonic different and why they should choose us.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales (B2C)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and showroom visits with warmth and professionalism
Listen to customer needs and recommend the right product or custom solution
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales, managing the process from quote to order
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and invite feedback
Business Development (B2B)
Identify and research new trade opportunities within the leisure and tourism sector
Make initial contact via email, phone, and LinkedIn, followed by tailored proposals
Nurture relationships with existing accounts and look for upsell opportunities
Represent Jonic at trade shows, expos and partner events (occasional travel)
General Duties
Use CRM tools to track enquiries and follow-ups
Liaise with production and customer service to ensure smooth delivery timelines
Support ongoing marketing and social media campaigns by feeding back insights from the front line
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role
Confident communicator, both written and spoken
Organised, driven, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
Knowledge of the leisure or interiors market is a bonus (but not essential)
Friendly, down-to-earth, and a genuine team player
Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic spreadsheets
