MiQ is looking for an exceptional Media Solutions Lead to drive forward the growth of our ATV solution across our EMEA business. This role supports the development and execution of our product and partnership strategy focused on CTV and cross-screen planning, activation and measurement. You'll work closely with internal product, commercial, and trading teams to operationalise partnerships with ACR data providers, TV OEMs, and measurement solutions, helping to bring innovative media solutions to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media Solutions Strategy
Own and drive the localization of MiQ's ATV product roadmap, working with global product leaders to identify areas for growth and innovation specifically geared for the EMEA market. Influence the development of global ATV capabilities (including TV Intelligence, our market leading TV planning solution) to maximize commercial impact across EMEA clients
Research the TV and measurement ecosystem, mapping local EMEA market partner capabilities to MiQ solution gaps, highlighting key areas and partners for investment
Coordinate and lead the execution of exploratory data analysis projects (EDAs) with our Center of Excellence based in Bengaluru, India to evaluate and onboard new and existing (updated) data partnerships
Scope and deliver targeted proof of concepts, ensuring that they power game changing capabilities for clients. These should span the full campaign lifecycle - planning, activation, optimization measurement and reporting
Partnership Management & External Engagement
Collaborate with Global Strategy & Partnerships teams to manage relationships with key EMEA partners across ATV - ACR/ data, publisher & measurement companies - be the leading voice of the EMEA market amongst our partners
Identify strategic data, publisher or platform partnership targets to gain unique or differentiated advantage in ATV (access, priority, or pricing)
Directly propose and negotiate commercial terms with EMEA ATV partners, helping secure favorable product access and financials
Onboard partners into MiQ's ecosystem from introduction to integration - managing contracting, onboarding, and outlining growth potential & features facilitated by partners
Analyze key partner adoption trends and surface insights or optimizations that can improve commercial value of partnership and outcomes for clients and internal teams.
Represent MiQ's UK ATV solution in-market on stage and in industry events
Internal Collaboration & Go-to-Market
Partner deeply with MiQ global product development directors and leads, bringing EMEA ATV solutions to life within MiQ's Unified Platform
Own the UK ATV GTM strategy, ensuring the positioning and narrative needed to resonate with all types of UK ATV customers. Collaborate with marketing and product marketing to feed into pitch decks, 1-pagers, marketing event content creation etc.
Support creation of internal playbooks, training materials, and GTM collateral for ACR and TV-related solutions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, media strategy, or partnerships within TV, CTV, or data-focused roles
Significant experience and expertise in the EMEA ATV landscape and market (ACR, MVPDs, OEMs, measurement)
A strategic and critical thinker with a high degree of data literacy
Strong communication and organizational skills--you're comfortable managing multiple workstreams and collaborating cross-functionally
Comfortable leading EDAs, articulating client use cases, and guiding teams of data analysts and scientists to answer questions, curiously deep dive and problem solve effectively
Openness to dive into ancillary tech i.e. exploring APIs, DS, ML, AI etc.
