The role involves being part of a highly motivated and efficient reception team, dealing with patient enquiries, processing prescriptions and other requests and answering phones in a very busy and fast moving environment. The role requires quick thinking skills and the ability to direct queries and calls to the right person. The successful candidate will have a positive and friendly approach to patients, colleagues and other visitors in person and on the telephone.
