Job Description

Heart of Bath Medical Partnership are currently looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our friendly team undertaking a range of duties including booking appointments and being the first point of contact for Patients both Face to Face and over the Telephone.

Main duties of the job

Ensure all patients and visitors at Reception are greeted professionally and politely. Answer incoming calls to the Surgery. Deal with queries and requests from patients and act as a liaison with the clinicians as necessary. Make/Cancel/Rearrange appointments via our clinical system. Support and assist Clinicians as required. Ensure up to date patient information is recorded. Give test results where appropriate. Action tasks set by Clinicians via the clinical system and email.
