Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
Process patient registrations and verify insurance details.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Ensure the reception area is organised and welcoming for patients.
Comply with all health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Processing referrals received from the clinical team via ERS and email.
Qualifications
We prefer someone who is fully trained in Emis Web and Docman, however we are willing to provide training to selected candidate. Customer experience preferred.
