Provide general support to the Practice team while maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude toward patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Greet, assist, and guide patients courteously and efficiently, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional or service. Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Practice, including secretarial and clerical duties for clinical staff and other team members. Promote clear and effective communication between patients, the primary healthcare team, secondary care providers, and other relevant healthcare agencies.
