We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to
cover a maternity leave from
Feb 26 to Dec 26- 27 hours per week (may be an opportunity for a permanent post)
join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and excellent patient service in a medical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Handle patient registration and verify insurance details
- Keep the reception area clean and organised
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
