Hours: MONDAY: 2-6.30pm TUES: 2-6.30pm WED: 8am-5pm THURS: 1.30-6.30pm FRIDAY: 1.30-6.30pm
Specifications:
Previous Medical Reception experience is welcome but telephonist/reception/front desk customer service experience is essential.
People Person
IT skills, including databases & Microsoft Office Package, including outlook & word are essential
A kind nature and an ability to communicate effectively with our patients is an essential part of the role.
Excellent communication skills
Be professional at all times
Flexibility to adapt to all aspects of the role.
Previous experience and knowledge of Vision/EMIS Clinical Software would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given.
The ability to work under pressure when necessary is essential.
Will need to be forward thinking, able to make decisions and refer to set protocols.
