It is desirable to have previous experience in a fertility background and the softwares and systems used however it is not essential and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or fees
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, printing and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient appointments and records effectively
