Due to changes in working patterns, The Crescent Medical Practice is looking to recruit enthusiastic, friendly and confident individuals to join our welcoming front of house team of Medical Receptionists to provide a high quality customer service to our patients and service users, across our 2 sites in the Southside of Glasgow.

Applicants should have a flair for exceptional customer service, as well as being able to multi-task and prioritise their workload. Candidates should be IT literate and enjoy working as part of a team as well as using their own initiative when required. You should have excellent communication skills, and adhere to patient confidentiality at all times.

This is a varied role and tasks will include answering and making telephone calls to patients and external agencies, arranging appointments, signposting patients to the correct healthcare service, processing of prescriptions, filing and managing clinical mail and inputting information and data into clinical systems. You will need to liaise with our multi-disciplinary team which includes General Practitioners, Practice Nurse, Pharmacists, Physiotherapy and Community Link Worker.
