The successful candidates will be enthusiastic and experienced, enjoys patient contact to support the delivery of a high-quality service. You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility, reliability and have an organised approach to work.
We are looking for professional and committed individuals with relevant experience working as a receptionist, ideally within a private clinic/hospital; however, we would consider applications from individuals that have experience and a passion for patient/customer care within sales, retail or hospitality.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be highly adaptable, able to work independently, and have the ability to fit in quickly as part of a team.
opening and closing the clinic
answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
maintaining diaries and arranging appointments with patients
acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting patients
typing, preparing and collating reports, letters
managing patient databases
liaising with relevant organisations, referrers and patients
collecting payments
the services will also include any other tasks, which the parties may agree on
