Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming visits.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
Ensure the reception area is organised and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient needs effectively.
Experience

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is Essential.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
