What You'll Be Doing

As a GP Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and supportive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly approach. Managing telephone calls with professionalism and care. Maintaining and updating confidential records. Supporting our total triage service with essential administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is

Working Hours and Locations

Your main place of work will be across both our

Walkley

and

Stannington

surgeries. We are currently looking for someone to work

Mondays 7.45-6.30pm / Tuesdays 7.45-1pm / Wednesdays 2-6.30pm (19.5hpw)

Surgery core working hours are Monday to Friday, between

7:45 am and 6:30 pm

, with some potential additional shifts on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Saturdays 9:00 am-5:00 pm (split 9am-1pm / 1pm-5pm)

Flexibility is key

, as you'll occasionally help with holiday, sickness, and administrative cover across both sites.
