Baby Ultrasound Clinic are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to work on a part time, permanent basis. You will be working in a beautiful, purpose built medical centre
The successful applicant will promote a patient focused approach to care; ensuring all client areas are safe and fit for purpose. You will be required to undertake a range of duties using complex or sensitive information and will act as the customer's advocate, maintaining their dignity at all times.
The receptionist's main responsibilities include:
Supervising all staff within the clinic, including rota management, training and handling daily queries
Greeting customers and ensuring the necessary paperwork is completed
Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing, in a consistently professional manner
Managing bookings, answering customer queries and liaising with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensuring customers are treated with respect and empathy, receiving a fun and friendly service, adhering to our organisational values
This is a post for Sundays 10.30am to 5pm
as well as alternative Tuesdays 10.30am to 7pm
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in a customer facing role, with exceptional communication skills. The role requires a large degree of sensitivity, empathy and integrity.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar role within the healthcare sector, however this is not essential. You must be able to manage a variety of tasks within a customer facing environment, working accurately and at pace.
