We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our service through active and proactive management of clinical operations and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. This position requires a driven individual who is able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
The main clinic address would be 36A Alderley Road, SK9 1JX however you must be able to travel to our Liverpool clinic if and where necessary.
Duties
Core knowledge in CRM management and diary scheduling
Prepare patient documentation before examinations
Record patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Competencies in reading and writing various medical forms.
Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates looking to start their career in healthcare.
Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical knowledge is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with patients and staff.
