A busy GP Practice in Newry Health Village requires a Part - Time Receptionist /Administrator for up to 24 Hours per week per week (over 3 days).
The Hours of the role are a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 9am - 6pm (09.00am -1.30pm on Wednesday)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Patients & visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule patient appointments
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide administrative support to clinicians
Experience:
- At least 12 months experience as a receptionist or administration is required
- Proficient in using Microsoft office / bespoke data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
