JOB DESCRIPTION

This job is to work within the South AMHT Administration team that has just received Exceptional People Award and Highly Commended Feb 2022.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide support with the compilation of reports, typing letters and correspondence including from digital dictation when required and to be responsible for uploading patient information onto Rio and any other appropriate system in a timely manner.
2. Helping to manage the 3 inboxes
3. Answering the telephone, taking messages and processing enquiries.
4. Taking and producing meeting minutes and following actions arising
5. To use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook as required.
6. To assist with the supervision, coaching and training of Junior Administrators in the team.
7. To assist with reception duties for Outpatients departments when required.
8. Checking that stationary supplies are adequately stocked and ordering when necessary.
9. Contacting the Estates Department to carry out repairs, checking work has been undertaken to satisfaction.
10. Keeping notice boards tidy and up to date and adding anything of interest or importance to staff.
11. Recording accidents and near misses on the Ulysses system.
12. To carry out other duties as requested by the Office Manager to support the quality of service provided by the team.
13. Help to create documentation regarding new processes
14. Keeping the Trust policies, procedures, and fire book up to date.
