Job Description

Managing patient records, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and securely stored. Providing full secretarial service including typing of letters, reports, patient referrals, meeting minutes etc: in an accurate and efficient manner. Handling queries regarding hospital appointments and treatments Ensure documents are scanned and actioned within a timely manner. Processing insurance & private work To assist in gathering statistics and information when required Update templates relative to either patient or hospital referral or recall.



To initiate the referral via ERS service, inform & send patients the necessary information.
