We are seeking a skilled Medical Secretary to join our team in providing administrative support and excellent report writing and proof reading skills. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office tasks especially grammar checking and punctuation with medical reports before loading them onto the company platform. We require a candidate with extensive experience in mental health processes and assessments.
Familiarity with medical jargon is vital as reports will contain medical information.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain office files and records
- keep a record of each patient, the timeline of their case and any outstanding deadlines
- create grids (training will be provided for this) and initiate emails to team members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed

- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management
