Permanent | 22.5 hrs per week (3 full days)



Are you looking for a rewarding administrative role, supporting our frontline healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care to children and young people?



We are looking for someone to join the Inpatient CAMHS team at the Becton Centre. You'll help support our multidisciplinary team by providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our specialist mental health services.



What We're Looking For:



GCSEs (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)



Experience in an administrative or secretarial role



Excellent organisational skills, including meeting deadlines and prioritising workload



Experience in minute-taking, transcription, and document distribution



Reporting into the Operational Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:



Provide administrative support to the lodge and the CAMHS Inpatient team



Be a direct link between patients, families, and clinical teams



Manage clinical correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy, observing confidentiality protocols.



Support meetings through minute-taking, transcription, and distribution

Please note that Sheffield Children's uplift pay to meet the Real Living Wage, which is 12.60 per hour.
