In this crucial role, you'll provide vital administrative support, handle incoming calls, and conduct quality checks to ensure every booking runs flawlessly.

Must Haves



Exceptional attention to detail. Methodical approach to work with great project and time management skills. Ability to raise questions to colleagues regarding their bookings. Commercial awareness. Ability to work independently, self-motivate and show good initiative. Communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner.

Main duties and responsibilities



Providing administrative support for incoming emails into the department, this could be loading a new meeting and event enquiry into our internal system or making sure the team receive communications from both clients and suppliers. This could also be managing queries and quality checking the enquiries that have come through via our online tools or processing amendments and cancellations on behalf of our clients. Answering all incoming calls to the department switchboard Quality checking our confirmations against SOP's and client contracts prior to confirming bookings Making sure that all financial information is correct in all bookings Quality control the booking contract processes we have in place
