Full-time, Monday - Friday 8.45am - 4.30pm (some flexibility for peak periods may be required)

Hourly Rate:

12.60 per hour (includes pro-rata holiday entitlement)

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Christmas temp to join our Member Services team during our busiest time of year. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a friendly financial services environment, supporting members with their festive loan applications, account queries, and general member service and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

To provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person Assist members with loan and savings account enquiries Help to process transactions accurately and efficiently Support the wider team with administrative tasks during the festive period Maintain confidentiality and uphold the Credit Union's values and service standards

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and enjoys helping people Confident communicating with members and colleagues Organised and attentive to detail Comfortable using computers and handling data accurately Reliable and able to work November - end of January
Experience in customer service, financial services or an office environment is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

Additional Information

Fixed-term seasonal contract, although potential consideration for future roles for well performing staff.
