We're looking for a creative, organised, and motivated

Marketing & Communications Executive

to join us on 12 month maternity cover to bring our message to life. You'll play a key role in developing engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and keeping our communications running smoothly across digital, print and social channels.

What you'll do

Plan, build, and send engaging email campaigns and newsletters using our CRM tools. Track, report and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights. Support multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage creative assets with design and print partners. Oversee requests for branded materials and event collateral, maintaining supplier relationships and stock levels. Create and schedule social media content using tools like Canva and Hootsuite. Contribute to community engagement across IAM RoadSmart's social platforms. Write, proof, and edit content that aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines. Support delivery of one-off marketing and communications projects as needed.

What you'll bring

Relevant marketing experience or qualification. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of graphic design and basic video editing techniques. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships. A proactive, energetic approach to problem-solving. A customer-focused attitude and passion for clear, effective communication.
