We're looking for a Membership Engagement Executive (Skills) to join Business West, working closely with the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) team and Membership team.

Relationship building:

Develop trusted relationships with members, positioning Business West as the go-to source of skills insight and support.

Intelligence gathering:

Conduct structured conversations with member businesses to capture qualitative and quantitative insights for LSIP reporting.

Signposting and support:

Connect members to training providers, LSIP resources, or Business West services, ensuring their needs lead to tangible outcomes.

Cross-team collaboration:

Work closely with Chamber colleagues to align LSIP messaging with membership priorities and increase reach into the business community.

Communications support:

Contribute to newsletters, blogs, and case studies highlighting member involvement in LSIPs and showcasing impact.

Systems and reporting:

Record all engagement activity accurately in CRM systems, ensuring data is coded for LSIP analysis and reporting.
