Membership Executive

, you'll play a vital role in driving our growth by building a thriving membership base and nurturing long-term client relationships.

You'll be the face of PURE at Peebles Hydro - confidently converting interest into action, working to clear performance targets, and ensuring every member feels recognised and valued. You'll lead the charge in connecting clients to the benefits of wellness, turning one-time visitors into loyal advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Grow Our Membership Community



Proactively convert client enquiries into long-term memberships Drive new sign-ups through face-to-face engagement, follow-ups, and tailored recommendations Own your sales targets with confidence, using data and feedback to improve performance Build brand presence by supporting promotional activities and local events

Deliver a Premium Member Experience



Onboard new members with warmth and clarity, setting the tone for exceptional service Maintain relationships with existing members through consistent, proactive communication Monitor usage and engagement to identify opportunities to add value or offer upgrades Resolve issues quickly, ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and appreciated

Support the Spa's Operational Flow



Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at reception, maintaining a calm and organised front-of-house Manage bookings, payments, and diary adjustments using our digital system Work closely with therapists to align client needs and team scheduling

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in sales, client service, or hospitality (minimum 1 year) Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best Results-oriented with a proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets Strong communicator with natural warmth and presence Organised, tech-literate, and confident managing multiple priorities Available evenings and weekends to support peak times
Bonus: Experience working in spas, gyms, salons or membership-based services
